Seriously, *ahem*, well, it is kind of ballanced between being young and elder. Young means more imagination, and imagination means more solutions. But being elder means more knowledge and experience... Elderly desicions can be effective, but takes time to decide what to do. On the other hand, youth has more solution then an elderly.
