What do you do to cope with STRESS?

Do you know or recognize if you are experiencing stress in your life? When I am, there is more hair falling (its normal to have hair fall but to have more is abnormal). I get pimples and I don't feel sleepy so expect me, checking or just fixing my bedroom. How do I cope? I sometimes buy and eat chocolate or ice cream. I sometimes just cry or talk to a friend. In a way, it lessens the burden I am feeling and it relaxes me. What about you how do you cope with stress?

I used to cope with stress by having deep breathing or yoga.. it really works it makes me relax..

To cope with stress I will go for a walk or take a hot bath. This has been helping me believe it or not is reading the news. I guess reading the news takes my mind of my problems and it really seems to help.
