Is year 2009 better?

well as soon as 2009 started we have seen major fall of it company like satyam and well we are seeing many jobs are just loosing, so the starting of 2009 is worst, will it be the same thru out the year or will we come back to the normal position in this year.

So far, my 2009 has been starting good. And hopefully it would continue until the end of the year.
