Problem in PickJack

I recently joined PickJack site and I am enjoying my stay there. But I have a small concern in not able to post Top Question even I am able to post but it is not submitting. what is my problem? I have posted enough questions to qualify to post top question though

I too am having the same problem. I have been there for a few days and cant post a top question. I have seen other disussions here and it seems a lot of people are having the same problem. No one seems to know whats wrong. I hope some one here has the answer.
