Of course. I am a kind of person whose mood would affect everything in life. When I got a bad mood I would be very easily snapped and melancholic. I would get emotional and lose my willing to do lots of thing. I would try to avoid people and started to hate lots of thing and I think it would affect lots of thing in my life. Sometimes, the mood also affecting my performance in posting and online money making

Hi There. How are you? For me, it really affects my daily activities when I am very stressed out. Even my physical being is affected also. My whole body aches, it is like I am very tired . Two weeks ago I find myself to be really stressed out because of my work and studies. I was not able to review and implement all my studies effectively since I am not in the mood to complete my task. At the office, I can’t think clearly and I don’t give enthusiasm to my work. When I feel that, I go to a massage SPA to get a full body massage then on weekends, iw ould really take the time to sleep the whole day so that I will get rest. That is what I usually do. Thanks for the discussion. Happy Mylotting and Have a great day!

I certainly think that stress can affect your daily life. I know that, in my case, it does. It affects my mood, and the way I behave, just to name a couple. I'm entirely sure what it is, but it certainly can. Some of us are better at handling stress than others, but that's normal. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses. We're all different, and stress will then affect us in different ways. How stress affects me may not be the same for everyone.

..sure it does.. specially when I'm angry or I'm mad.. I can't think very objectively.. I became narrow minded and easily flare up if something goes wrong..
