would you go for a whirlwind romance?

i have read from an article minutes ago that lucy torres and richard gomez (celebrity couple from the philippines) had a whirlwind romance of 7 months and now they still live happily after 11 years of being married.
how about you, would you go for a whirlwind romance when a famous song goes, "wise men say, only fools rush in..."?

Well, like the female lead in The Goodbye Girl said: "I'm a sucker for romance!". Even if fools do rush in after being celibate (sp) for 12 years I think I could handle a whirlwind romance!
