Many cars on the roads

Nowadays many people have their own cars. Each year a car company sell at least 100,000 cars. More over each member of a family will want to have their own car. This will make a minimun if 3 cars per family. Bus companies each year put more bus on the roads for the public. Will we have enough roads for these vehicles? Will we be able to drive at ease without any traffic jam? Or the techology will make cars that does not use roads and that floats?
