A broken hearted me...

Sometimes I'm an angel, sometomes I'm cruel. But when it comes to love, I'm just another fool. I thought you'd be the first guy to prove to me that not all guys are the same. But really what you have proven to me is that they really are all the same. Crushes you get over, and the tears go away, but loving you is different, the tear will always stay. ...it still hurts...

I am sorry for you, but what if you take it from a different perspective. What about taking it as being set free to chose who better suits you and will love you for the rest of your life. What is the sense of hanging on someone not responsible, not loyal, not considerate to you, so that you will be in sorrow, in anger, or in rage all the time. Short pain is better than long pain. Shake off the bruise and hurt, and dress in shiny, get out for somewhere for a short travel with your friends or by yourself. Gather yourself and set out on a new journey. Cheer up!

Sorry about the bitter experiences. We've all passed through the same rough road of love at one time or the other. When it happened to me, I asked God not to make me fall in love again. God answered my "prayer", but I was worse off for it. I missed out on the opportunity offered to have a soothing balm from a truly loving woman. Most men and women are the same - selfish. Because of our selfish nature, we fail to consider the consequences of our actions and inactions on others. Most of the time, broken hearts result from selfishness on the part of our supposed lovers. However, true love is not selfish. If anybody suffers a broken heart, probe deeper; the offending party can't have felt true love. If this happens, cry not but rejoice. It is an opportunity to meet your true love some time later. Don't cry over the lost bronze, which needed to be discarded for gold to come in. Every disappointment is a blessing in disguise.
