I've seen that there are websites where you can make money by selling pictures. Does anyone do this? What kind of pictures are they looking for? Are they looking for sceneries? People? Animals? What? I have a camera, and I could take many kinds of pictures. I just need to know what people are looking for.

There are lots of people selling photos to websites. I knew this because the publishing firm that I'm currently working for have previously subscribed to one of the packages offered by a website that sells photos to its user. In this site, the buyer will search for the photos they want according to category such as people, animal, things, women, children, flowers, plants, scenery etc. This website also allows photographers to sell their photos online, but you need to register with that particular company's website & be sure you read the terms & conditions especially the payment & criteria of the photos required (i.e. photo's size (minimum how many Megabytes of each submitted photo & the format -jpeg/ gif / tif etc.). Depending on the company, they have different tiers of payment for each photo, and as more people buy your photos online, you may receive a better rate in payment.

It mostly needed by graphic designer (ex who use photoshop to manipulate/ modify th picture) or website designer, It depend on what they looking for, u can go to one of the famous selling and buying site www.istockphoto.com just search for most sell or most review or most rating photo and the quality of photo sell there are high, not just take a photo and post there to wait poeple buy.
