What do you wear when you use a tanning berd?

I was at the tanning salon today and i was wondering if most peoples goes in the nude or wear undies?I don't wear anything cause i don't need any tanning line.Now how about the guys?Do theiy wear something to cover their goddies or not...!I just wonder if it's the same thing for men and woman,i mean we are made differently right?so what do you wear?
