Would u believ if i say tat 'selfless' love exist!?

Love is quite complex to describe.. For most people i've seen in my life here, those who i hear saying they are so madly in love with someone jus seem to be obsessed to him|her. When turned down, most jus don bother, start disliking n avoiding them or lash out back and move on!! Unlike the way i am to such perspectives, would still just like to know: Have you or would you love someone so deeply that even if the person can or wil never be wit you, n you knowing it.. still u try to do everything you can to see him\her happy n ve the love and care for him\her going in you? Would u love someone who wouldn give u anything in return but a lovely smile n warmth in your heart? :) Would you love someone selflessly?

As you said, if the other person is going to give me a "lovely smile", i hope i can do anything for them, true love is indeed selfless, an examples is not so far, its the relationship between parents and their chidlren, especially a mother and her children, a mother's love is always selfless there

Tats true.. Parents always love truly.. and one special person other dan dem.. we often don realize dem thou cuz its quite natural way the way de love.. :)

I would totally agree with you. I think selfless love does exist and it is possible for someone to find selfless love. I have seen it in my uncle and his wife. He always put her happiness above his and that is what I try to do in relationships. I have been in love before and when I was "let go" Sure I would be upset, but I have moved on, still I love the man with all my heart, but I need to move on and met someone new. I don't think selfless love means that you never forget about them, I think it means you will always love them and are happy when they are truely happy even if it means someone else is making them happy.

Well I still believe that selfless love still exists but very rare this time. Some people cannot love selflessly to others. Mostly love is with condition nowadays.but on my part i could love the one unconditionally.
