Petie in the sun by the pool

Petie does not like to swim but he does like to be in the sun by the pool side. Petie looks so pretty in the sun I could not resist to take his photo.
The brown pot with the hose laying across it is to fill the pool when it gets low and needs water. The flower pot is to put the dead leaves and stuff in that I scoop out of the pool. In the summer when I swim I swim with a fish aquarium net and skim the top of the pool and empty it in that pot. If you empty the net on the side of the pool the contents will dry up and blow back in the pool and I have to start all over again.
Is there times when your pets looks so cute you cannot resist and have to take their photo? Do you have a favorite photo of your pet or is all the photos of your pets your favorites?

Ooooh He's so cute. I love his ears. I have a friend with a mutt that has those butterfly ears. I'm not saying your Papilion is a mutt. He's adorable. I want to kiss him all over and snuggle up.

Even if you would have called Petie a mutt it would not have bothered me. I am not hung up on all of this stuff. He does have the beautiful ears in fact out of his brothers and sisters from the mom and dad he has the prettiest ears. He is not show quality because he only has one brown eye.

I think the best pets are the mixed breeds that come from shelters.

His ears really are spectacular. Who cares if he's show quality or not. Show quality is only for people who want to go the show curcat (sp) and show their pets. It costs a fortune to do that and not every show quality dog or cat can tolerate all that commotion and fuss. BTW I love odd colored eyes. They are so cute.

I have a few pix that I really like, the all time favorite is gone now, but I have the picture I had done from it on my wall still. Its my cat, The Doctor, laying on his back next to a Container Store bag.
Maybe I'll try to get it posted after getting a shot of it.

No he cannot come and live with you unless we all can come and I do not think you have room for my hubby and I and the four pets.heehee Petie can come and visit thou. Then Gissi can come and visit us here.

That is a cute picture!!
Usually when Sable's doing something cute, by the time I get the camera to take her pic she's done doing it. She is definitely NOT a poser...

I do have three posers. I have Petie who loves his photos taken and then I have Daisy who is learning to love photos and then Abagail will be sneeky she really loves her photo taken but pretends not to.

Petie looked so cute... it is nice that you took that picture... so that you can always take a look at it whenever you feel down or tired... because it can surely brighten one's day...
I don't have a pet... but everytime i see photos like they one you uploaded... it makes me wish that i have one or two...

Pets are a lot of work and frustrating at times. Petie has a high pitched bark and I swear he barks at the wind. Then again who could not love that face?

Give a hug to Petie for me from his "auntie"..LOL...he does look cute there. I've taken photos of all my cats I've ever had since I was five years old...that's a LOT of photos. And of course I have my favorites...I hope to take more photos of my Pyewacket and Kissy real soon...they aren't too thrilled about being photographed though

Petie loves his photo taken what a ham he is. I have seen a lot of your photos and do love them. I especially love the one of the cat with her tongue sticking out.

I do love my digital camera because you do not have to wait to get the film developed and you do not waste money to develop photos that are not good. You will love your camera when you get one.
