student's needs

hi friends,
Every student has the right to get development in in all sphears during his college life. but in my case it is denied. the college i am studying doesn't conduct any sportical as well as cultural programmes.We are dissatisfied with this system of our college.But we are helpless here.Our college chairman has totally avoided these type of extra carricular activties.Only academical works are goin on here.We are fed up with this.Even the academical works are also going in an unaffordable manner.A student's all rights arer denied here.
What is ur opinion mylotters on this matter

report to the government
and i think they'll find a new way to help you settling this problem
your college just think much of learning
actually a person with no skill can't find a good job now

thanks for the response.I have some limitations. I am just a student.If i report to the govt: ,It will effect my future in the college.I really wish to know some way of reporting this kind of activities in a secret way.If any mylotters knows such secret ways,please help me.But it should be reliable.
