Chilly gives the different taste to the prepared curry so people used to add few number of chilly or chilly powder to the curries but in my place we cannot eat the chilly so at the maximum will add only two and half tea spoon powder. How about you?

In India its just normal that people likes to eat chili and i have adjusted to their cooking specially curries. You will never call it a curry if it wasn't for the spice. And of course, most of Indian dishes were with spices and chili. Whether it is a green chili, red, big chili or smallest kind of it, powdered or dried, people of India will never be the same without chili.

I do like spicy food, but not too spicy, lol. When I was in India I used to cook curry and I normally put 1 green chili and a little bit of chili powder.
