Do you take a shower before sleeping?

I don't when I'm too tired, but I do when I'm too stinky - like if I walked home by myself and it's a humid night. I wouldn't want my bed to be dirty with sweat and smog.

I try my best to take a shower every night, especially on nights that are really humid. Sometimes though, I'm too tired to shower and I just change then go to bed. I like the fresh feeling before going to sleep.

Going to bed with wet hair is pretty irritation for girls though :P guys are luckier when it comes to that. 10 minutes after a shower and your hair is dry! We have to fix it up and dry it off before we'd be able to sleep well :P

A shower before going to bed is lovely! It always helps me to relax and get in the mood to go to sleep. But I agree, when I am really tired, I will just get straight into bed as I won't have the energy!

Yes, I like to have a shower before my sleep! I also have a shower in the morning. The shower is kinda relaxing in the mornings, it helps to wake up!

What? I always take a shower before sleeping, otherwise my wife will yelling "STINK!" in a middle of a quietly night and awaken neighborhood... Stiff, there is no excuse for too cold my wife said, there always hot water ready every day. The morning is different though... Well as our daughter is still 2 years old, she didn't have a time to do home duty (morning is the busiest daughter duty time), so if the water is too cold I can have an excuse... (but I still reasonably clean - if there is nothing happen ;-) ).

Well I do because it's more comfortable for me in that way. Also so that the bed stays clean at least every time I sleep on it.

I won't be able to sleep well if i don't take a shower before going to sleep... it can be very hot during the day... and my work entails me to travel to different places in my province... so i accumulate a lot of dust and sweat... and a quick shower will freshen me up... thus enabling me to have a good night rest...

If I feel the need I take a shower before going to bed.Usually I will take shower in the evenings as well.If i have done some serious work so that I sweat , I will defenitely take bath.If you are not stinky & dont sweat I dont see any harm in not taking shower before going to bed.

I always have my shower in the morning, but i do like to have the odd bath before I sleep, just to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Sometimes I'll take a shower before I head for bed. It all depends on how my day before that had been. If I was just getting home from work, I'll probably want to take a shower. If it's been a long, hot day, even without work, I'll probably take one. There are a lot of factors to figure out when I'm making this decision.
