I always need to have something chocolate for Valentine's Day. I either buy something chocolate or bake something. This year I'm going to make some brownies in a heart shaped pan. My kids will get a kick out of that. Are you having anything chocolate for Valentine's Day?

Tomorrow night I am making a nice supper for my hubby, daughter, and I and for dessert I made brownies in a heart shaped pan, I iced it with chocolate icing, and then I sprinkled some heart confetti candy on top! It looks almost too nice to eat, but I know we will :) To me it isn't Valentine's Day without chocolate! But then again I pretty much think any day isn't a day without chocolate LoL!

My sweet friend and I made some Tim Horton's Hot Chocolate. He bought the mix to make it at home because the nearest Tim Horton's is about 2 hours away. It's not as good as what we get at the restaurant, but I'm probably not putting enough mix it with the hot water. We asked the waiter if they used water or milk at the restaurant, and he said they used water, but at home we're going to mix it with milk from now on.

I haven't bought anything chocolate for valentine's day. My boyfriend did though. He is really puzzling me with this. I came home early yesterday and there were 4 bags of chocolate chips on the counter. I kept asking what they were for and he just keeps saying it's none of my business and that to pretend like I didn't see them. So there is a good chance there is something chocolate in my future for tomorrow :)
