Do you like Valentine's Day?

Yes it is commercialized for those who choose to celebrate it with expensive gifts, cards, and flowers, but I think that you can make Valentines day a sweet romantic day. The choice is yours. The best Valentines present I ever received was a surprise picnic planned by my sweetheart. After the picnic, I told him that I had to run over to the hospital to visit my sick Uncle. My sweetheart, asked if he could tag along, and brought his chess board with him. (My uncle loves chess) This act of kindness and service was the most romantic sweetest valentine I could imagine, and it came with zero commercialism.

I don't go crazy buying expensive gifts and knock myself out for it, but I think any excuse to celebrate love is a good one :) I like the idea of appreciating my loved ones, I don't expect a diamond necklace or anything, but I look forward to a small surprise and an excuse to cuddle

My husband and I did nothing for Valentine's Day. I did give him a card. Today is our anniversary but we won't be doing anything special today either. Things are kind of tight now so I can't see spending a whole lot of money. I agree its become too commercialized.

yes of course. me and wife will be having a lunch date. we want to start early i am sure at the evening there will be a lot of people around and it is not easy to get a seat at Friday's so we rather go on a date for lunch. we want to go to a studio for a family picture. we want to go to ace water spa too but i think next time. my child just got sick two weeks ago... although we know that he has recovered already we dont want him to be too tired for the mean time.

i like valantines day, yes its comercialized but i think it nice to have a day when you remined the special person in your life just how much you love them and your reminded of what you mean to them.

I like valentine's for all its forms from the viewpoint of couples celebrating their love to all those singles and "anti-valentine celebrations" we should all celebrate it but we don't have to celebrate it the commercialized way.

yestoday it's the Valentine's Day and i spent it with my classmate.actully i dont like it very much because i am single now ,but i dont think i can say i dont like it a little,because in this day ,it will be very bustling here and there .

hi there, valentines is not that special for me and my husband but we do greet each other. actually we already had our pre-valentines dinner date with my stepson and enjoyed our moments outside the house! it was our first valentines day together since we met online and got married. this is really meaning for us at the moment! happy valentines to you.

Hello there the_dutchess! =) Good day to you, I do not like valentines day before but you know it's part of the trend that every gebruary 14 you need to prepare for your loveone. I didnt like it before because I didnt have a date. This if my first time to have a date this valentines. =)) and now I love it because i'll feel how to be apreciated and love during this day. =) My couple told me last night that he really prepared for our date later.
