Hi friends, please tell without hesitation, how many of you do brushing of your teeth before bed time? Honestly, I do not. I feel too lethargic to do this. However, I wash my mouth properly with water after dinner. Will it really cause any damage?

my advise for you is to brush your teeth every time before you go to bed...because if very important to prevent the dental decay. and also to have a good sleep it`s very important to brush your teeth every night. and also after every meal. brushing you teeth helps you to decrease the number of the bacteriums...that are in your mouth, and if you don`t brush your teeth frequent you may cause the multiplication of the bacterium in your mouth...that can also migrate into your stomach.

But, i do brush my teeths every morning, and once after one meal. That`s all . In the evening, just sometimes. I don`t know if it`s enought, but i can`t brush my teeths after every meal, because it`s not everytime so easy, maybe i`m out, or in other places... But, i must say ,that i chew a lot of gum, and that will keep my breth fresh.
