Hello all
I havent been in mylot for a little while as it has been very hectic around my house. Well I thought I would do a personal update on myself.
I am now 19 wks and 1 day pregnant. I had my scan yesterday and everything went well.. got a picture but didn’t find out the gender.. want a little surprise at the end.
Next week I will find out if I need another scan at 30 wks as the placenta is a bit low and they said it may need checking but my doctor will decide that next week.
We havent even thought about name yet, as I been thinking of cheap ways of fixing up the room for the baby and ways of getting clothes etc for bub (money is a bit short here at the moment)

Hi, Well, you can paint really nice animals or cartoons , and rainbows on the wall! I always liked to have the stuffed animals and there are some that arent hard to make. You dont know if your having a boy or a girl so you could decorate so it work for either one. Best wish's and Take care!@meljessxena (2315)

yeah i would really like to paint it something nice, will be doing shopping in few weeks at some designs for it.
it would help if i knew if i was having a boy or girl so get some gender clothes etc for the baby but i think i would like a surprise.

Babies grow really fast as you probably know. Spending a fortune on clothes for them is a bit silly because they only wear stuff a couple of times. The good thing about that is you can pick up new or nearly new babies gear from auctions for a fraction of the price if you bought it new. Just don't get ripped off cos there are some really greedy people around. You know my friend from the pub here who had a baby a year ago?...she got some awesome clothes from Ebay for next to nothing. It will be cold when your bubba is born so you will need lots of those cute little all in one things. How's your Mum? How's Anthony? Email me.

hey there, yeah i have been keeping eye out on ebay a fair bit and even going to garage sales. no way i could afford new stuff at the moment

that is great that you are doing well and getting ready for the baby...and wow, so many people now a days always want to know what they are having, good for you for wanting the surprise... I found out with both of mine, I wanted to know and we had a son then a daughter, I am so happy it worked out that way for us... good luck to you and whatever you decide to do with the baby room!!
