easy program for flash banners?

The one program I always use for flash designs on my websites is Powerbullet Presenter. It's completely free to download and extremely easy to use. The only downside is that there are no graphics or clipart with it, so you will have to find your own. It's basically just a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, so you just put together your design, save it and then you can export it as a flash file. It also creates a HTML page for you with the flash object embedded.
