The best Traffic Exchange Site for you?

I am a member of many traffic exchange sites and i can say the results are okay. I say just okay because the number of hits the Traffic exchange sites claim to have given me is not equal to the number of hits my sites received. I am a member of both manual surf such as Visitmaniac, toptiertraffic, enjoytraffic, hit2hit and some autosurfs such as quitesurfer, seafast traffic, clicksnmore and autosurftraffic exchange. Also a member of Premiumadsclub and 24over7 but this two sites have limits on credits because in these two sites I invested money and earned from interest so the credits I get is somehow with quality and just a bonus and the funny thing is these two sites really gave me the good hits for my websites and let me earn (but of course it is risky). So for you what is or are good source/s of traffic that is free and just require less work (preferrably auto-surf)?
