I am having trouble adding contest in MyLot

I have emailed them about the situation and have received no reply. They have received my inquirey and they say not to keep sending emails to followup the situation It cann just be me or my computer but when I got to "edit Profile" and then click on "add content" a box pops up that says "sortie goes here". Then you cannot do anything, other than close the box. It seems to me when I first jointed I looked at this page and it had chouces of adding HTML and had other choices like a weather "sortie"They appear to be gone fow
