falling for a friend when your still with someone

hey just for fun. have you even felt the hots for someone who has been your friend for a long time. but your seeing someone at the same time. what would you do, would you tell your friend how you felt putting your friendship on the line. or give up the relationship you in now in the hopes the friend will become more than freinds with you.
