Need Help please

Can anyone help me out here. Day before yesterday when i logged in my system suddenly i got a error message saying something "You have some major window problem" and I clicked on "Yes" after that colour of the desktop icons had changed automatically. Usually it don't any colour on the wordings of the icons but now it's showing a colour. Can anyone tell me how this can be changed or what's the actual problem? For your reference I am attaching the screen-shot of my desktop. Thanks!
