Which job will you choose?

If there are company that both of them want you to join their company. One of the company will give you high reward but you do not like the job, while another job is the one you wanted but payment is not so high. Which one will you choose?

i will choose the job which i like or wanted.
i believe, after several year's hard-working, i will obstain some accomplishment.
also my salary will increase.
