Salted tomatoes

Hi to all , can someone tell me if they use an alternative way to conserve tomatoes other than salt them or cook or in the freezer.
I would much appreciate if some lovely person out there could help me because i am reducing my salt intake,and do love my salted tomatoes but due to too much salt it dosnt go well with blood pressure , thanks and greetings to all from bignik

you could dry them in a dehydrator or can them (although that would involve cooking them).
