What should I do when the works refuse me?

It has been about three months since I began to take in teaching job as a teacher.But I am feeling dispointed,because the parents think that my skill is bad for their children and quitted the lesson,and I also think so.Actually I never work as a teacher before.If you were me,how would you do? quit the job?

It's hard, but to become a better teacher you'll need to practice!
What are you teaching? SUbjects? Are there any chance of getting more knowledge in the subject - some things that will make you better?
I have no clue what to do - taking lessons your self ?
