Okay. If you have read any of my other post in paranormal, you will know that I think of myself as an amature ghost hunter. So that being said My recent adventures has taken me back to Chickamauga Battlefield in Chickamauga GA. My first trip was far more intense that this one, but I would like to save the first experience for later becuase I have lots of picutres to go that particular trip and a much better story. On this particular trip however, I had a couple of good experiences but nothing "solid". My best friend and I (along with our girls ages 2 and 3) went out on a beautiful day. Although we were not ghost hunting, just enjoying a beautiful, warm, and sunny day...we did have some unsual things happen. First we were at Snodgrass Hill cabin...which was the infirmary during this battle...the doors were open and when I stepped inside, there was a weight on my chest and an overwelming sense of saddness, I also felt very sick at my stomach while I was inside...I took several picts and caught what could be Orbs in one of them...I will post when I get the chance. My friend felt the same thing (since we had the girls we took turns going in). It could have been just the fact that we know what had been there, but I don't think so. The next thing was we were following a little trail to "bloody pond" (don't be fooled though, the pond is no longer there..but it is said that the pond turned to blood during the battle because of all the blood flowing into it.) We both felt watched the whole time we were in the woods and there were sounds of foot steps (almost cadents) in front of us-but we know there was no one infront of us. I feel very strongly that I may have caught a shape of a person in the trees just ahead of us, but I am not sure, I may be matrixing, and may not post that picture (when I can post picts). Overall, I we had another great time at the battlefield both hanging out with our girls on a beautiful day and getting a little bit of personal "ghost time" to go in our field journal! LOL

Wow... it sounds so interesting. I have been places where I can feel the "energy" and you never really know what to expect. Thank you for sharing... it really makes you think and really opens up you mind. This is the first post I have read of yours... do you go "ghost hunting" a lot?
