I've started to record chapters of my novel Letter from Poitou as mp3's with a view to making a soundbook or maybe a regular podcast. I'd like to get your opinions and feedback to progress this experiment. You can listen to the prologue here http://blip.fm/~28tr7 and see a summary, and sample chapter at http://www.letterfrompoitou.co.uk Look forward to hearing from you about this concept.

Hey Michael...how exciting to hear your voice and share a little in this amazing journey of yours. I'm not sure what a podcast is but a sound book would be awesome. I think there is going to be more call for that sort of thing. I can never understand why books on tape didn't take off...I had a few and I loved them. I did read the first bit of Chapter 8 and then realised how long it was and so I have saved it for a better time...it is just passing 3:00am here Down Under. I'm reading Lady of Hay at the moment so it sits well. I think anything you can do with your book will work. It seems like an interesting tale and I wish you well with it.
