A friend of mine keep asking me to join his business adventure, by joining him as a team to expand his website. I knew that he spent his mom thousands to thousands of dollars to get his website up and running. He never work, but he was passionate about to be an entrepreneur. I had a feeling that he was short of cash, and he just want me to throw in some cash to help expand his website. I was reluctant to say "No" to him. Should I just make up some excuses, or flat out with my reason "not interest"?

Being straightforward and telling a "No" directly will not put you in good picture but that is the way to do it.Rather than regretting later by telling a "Yes" be straightforward and utter "No" .

A good friend does not always say 'yes' to his friends, but always want the best for his friends. that just my opinion hehe

I had a friend who wanted me to join her in joining her on her Amway venture. I told her no, and she didn't take that as a No, and insisted on trying to get me to join by telling me how much money she was making and how she was gonna be living the all high and mighty lifestyle in such a short time. I finally have to be blunt with her and tell her no, this isn't for me and I don't have the time to listen to you give me the spue about how well it's gonna benefit me. She's still upset with me but I couldn't deal with the constant hassle of listening to her. Just be honest with him, tell him your reasons, making excuses and lying can lead to it backfiring on you.

Lose a friend by not giving him the money instead of losing friendship giving him the money.Never ever try to be a partner with friends or relatives.Just coz' of the money one day you are going to go apart. So whats the use in giving money & getting apart?Better to tell him that you are not interested.
