I am a believer of the true and living God of the universe. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. I believe in Him because I feel secure more when I call on Him. I find my perfect security in my God. I also find in Him my greatest refuge in times of trouble. I believe Him because of His promise of eternity. In Him, there is an eternal security. I believe life here on earth is only temporal. God promises a beautiful eternity in Heaven.

I had a religion that I could not believe in crammed down my throat from the time I was a small child. The religion of my Heritage was slandered and comdemned as evil and filthy. I could easily have turned my back on all of it when I finally escaped the Hell of my youth. I almost did. I wandered as a young adult. I did teach my children that there was a Higher Power because somehow everyday when I woke up and saw the beauty around me I knew that no man and no "chance" could have started or created such beauty. I read every scrap of history I could find and every religious book I could find until finally I realised that my own Heritage was the answer, and that is where I found refuge in G'd and Spirit. And that is where I am now and will stay. There is a Universal Power, the Master of the Universe. Call the Power what you like but we must answer to this Power. We are but grains of sand next to this Power and could never create the beauty and wonder of the Universe. We only have the power to follow or destroy. Shalom~Adoniah
