purple garlic and pure white garlic,which is better to your health ?

there are two type of fresh garlic,one is pure white garlic another is purple garlic,which is better to our health? share to your experience.........

Hi machel2008, The white Garlic is claimed to help prevent heart disease (including atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure) and cancer. Studies on Animals and on humans, have suggested possible cardiovascular benefits of garlic. A Czech study found that garlic supplementation reduced accumulation of cholesterol on the vascular walls of animals. Another study had similar results, with garlic supplementation significantly reducing aortic plaque deposits of cholesterol-fed rabbits. Some studies showed that supplementation with garlic extract inhibited vascular calcification in humans with high cholestrol. The known vasodilative effect of garlic is possibly caused by catabolism of garlic-derived polysulfides to hydrogen sulfide in red blood cells, a reaction that is dependent on reduced thiols in or on the RBC membrane. Hydrogen sulfide is an endogenous cardioprotective vascular cell-signaling molecule.

color does not matter, take one full garlic and pierce it with Iron and old it in the fire for a few minutes and open it and eat directly you will get a fine taste. test once

yes my friend i will go on with pure garlic since it has great taste and also good for milk try taking it out with milk in the morning since its good for persons to maintain good health and also try using as much as garlic in ur daily good since it act as some good inducer of some needed fats great thank you happy loting
