hmmm some things there sound sensible but other sound a bit silly, to be honest I think anything is ok in moderation, and the fact that everyone is different, what is good for some is not good for others, this is proven with the fact that some people are allergic to things other people have no problem with..I think we have to just go on and be sensible about things and maybe listen to what our bodies tell us.

I don't know about reducing the amount of tea we consume. Tea is very good for the health especially green tea - since it's naturally de-caffeinated. Also, it aids in the digestion. There's also no harm in drinking coffee more than once - as long as your body can tolerate the caffeine and as long as you know that the fourth cup wouldn't wake you up anymore than the third :) And about phone radiations... there have been no reported cases of actual radiations. Phones use low radio waves and they don't harm our bodies :)
Thanks for the response on my discussion!
