What bad habit of yours you want to quite now?

What do you think about your bad habits?Do you really have any bad habit? And you desperately want to shun that bad habit. I am a compulsive smoker for almost 10 years.And now I want to quite it for ever. Every smoker would easily understand how tough this job is!!But I am determined that this time I have to succeed. Why don't you try that nicotine patch that you can apply on your skin so that the crave for smoking reduces and you can easily quit smoking hehe. I'm don't have habits like that such as smoking...but i drink a lot of fizzy drinks which is not so good for our health specially teeth. hehe.. LOL

Hey Suman! Goodluck! My bad habit.. not really bad per se but I lack sleep.. I have the habit of sleeping very late even if I have work the next day.. I can't help it so I end up getting 2-3 or 4 hours of sleep.

Thank you Cheekaboo,Don't worry friend,feel tension free.Just try to listen songs you like most before going to bed,if possible even in your bed.I think this will help you sleep tightly . Good luck for your healthy sleeping.

I wish you good luck for quiting smoking. I know that you must have realized that smoking is hurting your health a lot and you may face sever health problems in future. However, I think that for you it won't be easy. So I would like to advise you not the be impatient. I do not want to discourage you but the task you have undertaken is really very difficult and so you will have to try very honestly. Just be firm in your intention and God will help you.

Don't worry friend,you just make a "to do" list every morning. Give your best effort to follow the list by any means.For first few days you will find it tougher but if you practice this from your heart you will find it easy to do it every day. Try to follow this suggestion from now onwards. Wish you best of luck to shun your laziness.

Lets quit together. I've been doing better though since my wife quit. She used the patches. Now since she doesnt like kissing me when I smell like smoke, I cut down big time. Some days I go without it. Hope that helps.

Come on friend,I want to quit it now.So do promise to your self that you will not smoke any more.I have already promised to myself the same.Keep telling me that Are you successful to quit or not. Look if you quit a biggest prize is awaiting for you only. SO do not procrastinate ,stop smoking now. wish you very good luck.

Good luck quitting smoking, I smoked for about a year, and quit no problem when I found out I was pregnant. That's a different story though. I'm sure 10 years would be difficult but if you are serious you can do it! My bad habit is that when my lips are chapped I bite at them with my teeth and sometimes peel at them.
