How much time/days did you take to lose your weight?

Hi friends how many days did you take to lose your weight. What all exercises did you do reduce your weight? Please let me know coz even i want to reduce my weight. Happy mylotting.

I took 2 months to lose most of my belly fats and in total, i lost about 6kg from my total body fats.. lol =D To me, it's quite an achievement because i was not very fat in the 1st place.. I was actually quite lean and so it's even harder to lose all those excess weight ^_^ Waht i normally is to og for long distance runs, cut down on snacks and most importantly, no more snakcing 3 hrs before bedtime.. lol =D All this helped me to lose my excess wwight successfully ^_^

I started on an diet/eating plan on January 1 and have lost 15 pounds since that time. I do some low-impact aerobics every other day - probably around 30 minutes each time.

hey eat more salads less of fat , protein and fats that will help you to loose weight soon ....all the best

I changed my diet and lost one pound in 2 days, I have more luck with diet then I do with exercise. I plan to loose up to three pounds per week, anymore than that will not stay off.
