I took 2 months to lose most of my belly fats and in total, i lost about 6kg from my total body fats.. lol =D To me, it's quite an achievement because i was not very fat in the 1st place.. I was actually quite lean and so it's even harder to lose all those excess weight ^_^
Waht i normally is to og for long distance runs, cut down on snacks and most importantly, no more snakcing 3 hrs before bedtime.. lol =D All this helped me to lose my excess wwight successfully ^_^

I started on an diet/eating plan on January 1 and have lost 15 pounds since that time. I do some low-impact aerobics every other day - probably around 30 minutes each time.
