The best Macaroni and Cheese

I have been looking long and hard but I can't find a favorite Mac 'n' Cheese. I like Cracker Barrel's, Kraft's boxed Velveeta and Deluxe. There is also a good recipe we make at home, based on America's Test Kitchen. What is the best Mac 'n' Cheese you have had?

I'll be honest in saying that I think the best macaroni and cheese is wal mart store brand mac and cheese. It's very yummy! Then again, I think it's also all in how you make it. You can add or take away from the cheese, and you can add more or less butter to taste. My mom in law makes it very nice!

Even store brands are quite good, I have not run into any bad macaroni so far. Except the time when my brother added so much salt to the water that it entirely ruined the batch. Very sad day.

sometimes it's hard to tell just when a dish has had the proper amount of seasoning! Then again, people's tastes are different as well!

I haven't eaten a lot of brands.my favorite mac&cheese is the one from Kenny Rogers Roasters.I always order the meal with 2 side dishes.the side dishes are BOTH mac&cheese.
