What I know about back pain

I used to suffer from incredible back pain. But, I was very fortunate in that I met a chiropractor/healer who took a liking to me. We became friends, and he started letting me observe him work at his clinic. I learned a lot about back pain, the root causes, and the treatments for the root causes. Eventually I was able to treat and cure my own back pain because of his tutelage. This took a little longer than most of his clients as I was unable to afford to see him professionally because my back pain didn't allow me to work much. But, I did get healed. In the mean time, I found ways to adjust my own back since I couldn't afford chiropractic care. I started trying my techniques out on friends with great success. And, as I learned from my friend I was able to help people with the root causes of their back pain. Eventually I started a practice as a natural healer, wrote a book on how to do adjustments on yourself and wrote another book about back pain and some of the root causes that I give away. I have a lot of information about how people can be free from back pain. I've seen simple techniques work hundreds of times with no failure, except in the case of very serious injury. I didn't check the TOS of this site, but I would like to offer some of my expertise to back pain suffers here on mylot. Post a message, or however it works and I'll check back to see if you might want any free advice. You can google my name, or Self Adjusting Technique, or Back Pain Secrets, my free book, if you want be more proactive about what I have to offer.

i had my back examined last december because i was in so much pain that time.the result is disc protrussion. i had to go to my therapist for a month 3x/week.. too expensive!! my condition improved with continued medication and home exercises to strengthen the stomach and back muscles.. after more than 2months of doing the routine i still feel some pain and it is still hard for me to stay in a single position. my rehab doctor told me im not a candidate for surgery.. but why am i still in pain? last month i decided to quit taking medication and home exercise altogether cause im getting tired of doing it over and over without much improvement.. now im feeling better but not totally pain free.. i hate it when even with a simple hug from someone makes me feel uncomfortable because of the pain

Thanks for posting! it's really great to know that there are still some people who are willing to share what they know in order to help others. My job requires me to work infront of the computer 10-12 hours a day. Sometimes i also suffer from backpains from the waist up to my nape. Can you you share me some tips or even just massage techniques to help me with this problem? Thanks again.

Hello Kalidasa I have worked in my last company for 3 years, and I sat by the table and turned my body to the right hand side typing the keyboard and watching my computer's monitor, as my computer was not right in front of me when I sat, I had to turn 45 degress to type and turned back writing documents in front of me. After I quited that job, I discovered that I have back pain. As I have a body check before, the body report said my back muscle on the right is much stronger than that on the left. When I feel pain, I touch my muscle on the right and found it swellen and hardened.Could you recommend any exercise that can release my tense on my back? Hope you will check back very soon. Thanks. Good day~
