What should be the best exchange rate to trade AA$ in ammas.com

Hi, I am a user of ammascom where you get paid to answer to queries posted by others. But they give points in AA$ which can be traded for US$. I have traded few AA$ for sale at an exchange rate of .35. But its not getting sold. Can anyone tell me what must be the exchange rate. Have anyone traded it earlier?
