lots of $$$$$$
and paid for lipo
start eating healthy foods (white meat, salmon , tuna in water, lots of veggies and salads, fruits) drink plenty of water
start working out

Well the short cut way is to have surgury such as having bypass surgery. But I wouldn't do it because it is risky and you can lose your life. You should just cut down on your food intake, and exercise everyday. If you have trouble doing that, you can join LA weight loss, Jenny craig, ect.

I agree on the bypass surgery being bad., Actually any kind of surgery can be bad.The best way to lose weight is eatr smaller portions & exercise. Losing it slow will be better. If you lose it to of ast it WILL eventually come backl on you & more.
I know this cause my best friend lost 100 pds. but she lost it fast & within a yr sher gained it back & more

not really. If are are overweight by a lot you can get surgery to help quickly.

I have been thinking about ear stapling for weight loss. It was described to me as a jumpstart rather than a total solution. You still have to eat right and exercise. I haven't decided if I will do the ear staple or not, but it's very tempting. I need to lose a bunch of weight and I need some help to get it started.

Try to do some operation . but i advise don even try it . Becoz u need to post million, trillion or maybe what ever how many post u post on myLot also cant afford the operation fees . LOL!
