Where can I invest? .... What do you think? Suggestions?

Hey guys sorry to bother you once again but I have a question (more of like a confusion)
I have $20 on paypal and do you guys have any idea how I can double it? I mean where can I invest it and be sure that I'm going to get it back doubled or maybe higher?
If you guys have any suggestions please do tell me.

Hello,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I really don't think there's any sure-fire way to double such a small amount of money.
Had it been 12 months ago when the U.S. dollar was weak, I would have said to convert (or leave) it as Australian currency, and then switch it over to a U.S. currency in 11 months time.
It still wouldn't have doubled it though... maybe got you a $15 profit over 11 months.
You could maybe bargain hunt on ebay? Get something really cheap and then try and re-sell it?
Sorry, none of these suggestions are really that helpful.
