Favorite cooking appliance

I love my pressure cooker and it has become the most handy of all my kichen appliances. I make everything form beans to rice and quinoa to whole meals in it. I also love my mandolin slicer. I love to use it to bake potato chips or sweet potato chips. Though, the slicer is a bit of a toss up with my pump oil sprayer, which I love just as much.
What is your favorite cooking appliance? What is your favorite cooking tool? What do most often use them for?

My favorite cooking tool is my sandwich maker. I love sandwiches so I love being able to just toss some bread and a few of my favorite sandwich toppings on some bread and then grill it and then have a nice warm, gooey sandwich in about 2 minutes.

Oooh, good choice! I love sandwich makers. I left mine at my parents house. Now you reminded me about it and I am craving a sandwich :o). Yum!

CrockPot. I can just dump a bunch of stuff in there, let it cook for whatever time needed and then have some food ready for supper. I use the CrockPot for desert, drinks, and whatever can fit inside. There's a lot of great crock pot recipes out there!
