Joining intoffers or jillsclick corner, doing Paid to signup offers

Hi, I was wondering whether any of you would get worried when you register yourself at intoffers or jillsclickcorner. It's because to earn money, you need to do signup offers to get paid. Would you feel afraid when you are signing up for all these offers and giving your personal details like home address, emails, telephone nos to these websites and signing up for them not knowing whether they are actually legit or scam sites, all in the effort just so that you can get paid like $0.10 or $0.20 per signup? Would like to hear your comments on this issue. Thanks.
