What is CA?

I have read a lot about writing sites and one is CA. But is there anyone who can tell me it's URL and tell more about it?

AC or CA? I know AC stands for Associated Content. So far never come across CA. I post my articles at Helium, AC, Mintarticles and Hubpages. As long as they dont require exclusive rights, I can post as many places as I like. You may see my profile page for the link.
AC has very easy computation method. For newbie, every 1000 page views earn $1.50. In addition, the number of articles submitted is taken into consideration.

Even I think the word is AC and not CA. Helium pays to members of all country though AC pays upfront payments to only US citizens. Hope that changes soon..
