Flank steak

Now, I feel goofy every time I mention this because I know most people will only use flank steak for stir fry or burritos or something. But I am telling you, if you marinade the heck out of this thing and cook it properly you will have one delicious meal. And it will cost you like 20% of the cost of a nice porterhouse or something at the grocer. The grain of the meat runs the other way, like horizontally compared to a normal steak so make sure it is cut reasonably straight. You have to try this and let me know what you think.

I will have to think about this It sounds pretty good. I usually like a sirloin.
