How Many Of Us Here Are Spaghetti Lovers?

Members of my household, love spaghetti. Always, it is the a little sweet style for us. We call this spaghetti philippine sweet style.
If not for the addition of a little more sugar, it is really the usual spaghetti that most of us consumes. Normally, I cook a kilogram of spaghetti noodles twice a month. Always, this will call for the equivalent a kilogram of sauce to go with the noodles.
All the while, I was thinking that we are soooo very much spaghetti lovers until i came to know as to how well my son's bestfriend loves spaghetti. He can survive life taking spaghetti only as the main food day after day all of his life!
How about you spaghetti lovers here in mylot? I wonder if there is anyone here who is as much of a spaghetti lover as my son's bestfriend.

I AM! I AM! I love spaghetti so so much! I love the taste of it. I like its texture, the heavenly flavor of the tomato sauce combined perfectly with the shredded cheese. I love the tender taste of the meat and the long slippery tyexture of the pasta.. I love spaghetti so so much!

i can feel how much of a spaghetti lover you are, galileo. i can just imagine how well you chew on it. i enjoy the sight of my son's bestfriend eating spaghetti.

I wouldn't want it every day but I could eat it every day if I had to. We all like spaghetti here. I make my own sauce though. Thank You.

same here, grandmaof2. we also make our own sauce. using fresh tomatoes makes the sauce extra delicious.

i am a certified lover of a spaghetti no matter how it is cooked. i know we all have our own ways of cooking it but still, i will love it.
my mom cooks it in a little salty and spicy. my aunt, however is more of the sweet style. she puts a little condense milk. i on the other hand puts a lot of pepper. i don't know. i just liked it that way.
this discussion is making me hungry and it's 3am here. maybe this is a sign that i should cook spaghetti for me this sunday.

I looove spaghetti!! I like it in red or white sauce, but my favorite is in white sauce with lot and lots of cheese! I just wonder why my mom doesn't like spaghetti that much when I just can't get enough of it.

i love spaghetti alot. my wife doesn't like it as much. she likes to put sugar on hers when she eats it. i like the meat sauce thicker than most. and if i ever have any left for the next day, i'll put cheese on it and microwave it, so it doesn't dry out and it gives ita very cheesy treat.

i know that there are some persons who will only eat spaghetti if there's plenty of cheese that goes with it.
i am happy to know, sparky, that we share the same love for spaghetti.

yes for spaghetti for me! my life depends on it. lol! i like my spaghetti oozing with sauce and cheese. of all those things you put in a spaghetti, the most important for me is the sauce. when there is the pasta and the ultra delicious sauce, i can surviv with that, even if the sauce does not contain anything. yeah baby! that one made me hungry. :)

Last week i cooked 2 kilos of spaghetti for my kid's birthday party and usually my mother cooks the sauce because she has her own way of cooking it but last week i changed it and put some milk to make it sweeter and so that all the kids will like it..as it turned out they loved it and even asked for more...all plates were all cleaned and i was very pleased. I myself loves spaghetti but i like it spicy..because its with spicy tuna and mushroom....i like spicy food so i can eat so many of spicy tuna spaghetti...its actually my favorite recipe.

Personally, I could live off of just pasta/spaghetti and nothing else!! Ever since I was a baby I ate anything as long as it was with spaghetti!!

hi there, wow that's a lot of spaghetti! we just have spaghetti when we celebrate birthdays. speaking of birthdays, we just celebrated my sister marga's bday today. and when we arrive to their place in far north side of the PHilippines, my mom made a special sauce it was very delicious. and when we arrive from somewhere i cant name, my mom cooked carbonara! and it was so declicious! how i wish i will learn how to cook. its been a lifetime i just eat and eat. =)

hey...i am also in your list...my children too, and they will be above me 
...In India we have one recipe called as 'kheer' its sweet and milk based, we use spaghetti in it...it tastes yummmmmy....and yes we also consume it with veges and lots of sauce....my son will also prefer it on other things, he keeps requesting me to give it in his school tiffin every few days...
..but i have to think healthwise also, so keep changing the items. When i bring the whole months things required, he checks the bags, how many packets of spaghetti are there..

Hi there...my husband and I are spaghetti lovers. Ever since I started cooking spaghetti boloneise at home, we never order it outside anymore as it is so much cheaper to cook it at home as both of us eat a lot. Normally I would cook the sauce a lot and also fry the beef and then keep it in the fridge. Will just heat up when we want to eat. Would last for about 3 days as we only take one main meal a day.

I'm huge fan of Spaghetti.. I like my mom's version of it.. it has lots of hotdogs, onions, cheese, pepper and ground beef.. and yes, the sauce is really good!!! She's been using the Pinoy style spaghetti sauce for years and we all love it!!! I know how to cook one but i must admit that i'm not as good as my mom.. i guess it's time to ask for help from the expert..
