What motivates you in life? What makes you go that EXTRA MILE?

Hey guys
So, what motivates you? I know we all have our depressing moments here but what motivates you to get out of that depression and go for life? What pushes you to get up on your bed while you are still sleepy? What's your purpose?
What moves you?
goal? children? love? wife/husband? parents? God?

Hi,
Sense of Self-respect & self-accomplishment, every where is my Motivation.
I have a + selftalk technique, I say"...miles to go before I sleep.."

My parents motivate me to go that extramile.I think they are the only people who love me unconditionally and want me to be always happy.

You know I don't really have a motivating factor like that. I just wanted to say that it is really reassuring to see how many people have so many of the same insecurities and doubts. It seems like when you get down to it, people have a lot of things in common and it is good to know we are all in the same boat. We don't have to feel alone.
I guess if there is one thing that keeps me going it is simply hope. Hope that some day i might succeed.

Right now my motivation are my children, before my children it was my younger siblings. Its the need to know that they have everything they need and i and my husband are the ones providing for them. Of course God plays a big role in my life he helps keep me sane...:)
