Hello,Ruby! In India people do not follow the traffic rules meticulously only because the traffic police are not seriously implementing them.Once they impose penalty on the rule breakers they will definitely follow the traffic rules when driving on roads. But I am a responsible citizen of India and I do follow the traffic rules while going on roads by bike or car or by foot.thanx.

yes in india we dont follow traffic regulations but i follow some times and some regulations i never follow lane discipline while im in roads..i would follow signals and no entry sections i will not follow speed limits if i follow the all the traffic regulations, i will reach the 5km distance for 1 hour because our country is thickly populated, every body is having a bike,,so its quite tough to follow some of the road rule.. but we gotta follow some of road rules that are un avoidable like signals... happy postings..
