At first,I want to ask a question,what is education?Then,what is training?This is the most essential question about education,but it can also be ignored easily.Training is goal,the goal is to master one or more skills you didn't master before,for example,learning to ride bicycle,learning to swim.Then what is education?
Education is a course,through this course,you learn to find the real yourself,rebuild yourself,in other words,education is a course for your character to rise again.Since this is just education,so among so many subjects,which can match the mission of education?Humanities,such as literature,philosophy,and their eforts cannot be replaced.

Education is a systematic learning process with sequences of syllabus to one specific knowledge, progress and development. Lucid explanation is by comparison in child growth development starts from; infant, toddler, young children, and children. Where at each stage got its own sequences of syllabus.
Training is an enhance element or factor in learning process, discerning oneself to the details of learning process. Like knowing the alphabet of A, there are capital letter and small letter. Here, training is needed through the process of writing for spelling and vocalize for pronunciation. Similarly to our daily life.
