Can you submit your own links to your website to Del.icio.us?

I am looking for places to submit my websites to and I was wondering if I could submit my own link to Del.icio.us I have a lot of websites and I am curious.

Del.icio.us is just like bookmarks and of course you can do that but it won't help you to increase the traffic for your site. If you are serious about your website, then talk to me I'll show you the things. Thanks.

I dont think it will do much for traffic. Just checking it out. So what can you tell me about website traffic?
