do u fast?

as per medical science fasting is a better habit to give some kind of rest to our different parts inside our body. it also helps u in proper digestion, blood circulation and lots of other benefits. i do fast, once in a week. do u believe in fasting? plz share your views.

I will fast many days in months. Though the above said facts are absolutely true, I am following the fast for that reason.Most of the day I happened to observe fast,due to my duty time and job nature.If I failed to take my food in the particular time, I will not take after that, even if it is late by one hour. Also the snacks I used to take, prevent the from taking food.

Hi to all , i think the same way about fasting, it is very healthy , and our body has time to repair whatever needs repairing, i always fast before one of our four seasons start , and my fast lasts for 3 days normaly before the weekend starts, because i have to be at work on monday , greetings to all

Hello,Nayak! I do fast once in every month as it helps the digestive system to take rest.Instead of taking any solid foods I just drink tea and a glass of fruit juice.Hindu scriptures have prescribed several fasting days in a month and according to your choice you opt for one or two to fast.thanx.

I have never fasted during my life. I am not counting when I am sick and vomiting and have no appetite. During the times I am healthy, I don't like the feeling of being hungry and having my stomach growl. I have thought about fasting before, but never have followed through with it. DO you just drink beverages during fasting such as water or juice, or eat anything at all such as fruits?
